A Charming Riverside Wedding in Alleghany County, Virginia
On May 21st, Meghan and Brian Lowry exchanged vows on the line of Alleghany and Bath County, Virginia at a place very special to them - their very own backyard! However, it was not your typical backyard wedding. The handmade wooden cross, the beautiful shades of pink and green, and the family and friends that celebrated with them made this wedding a charming, elegant riverside wedding.

If you know Mr. and Mrs. Lowry, consider yourself blessed. The duo is such a beautiful and welcoming couple, they make you feel like family. I was so excited to capture their riverside Virginia wedding as I knew it would be a sweet and charming day. The ceremony began with Meghan's mother and Brian's mother lighting candles, in which Meghan and Brian would use to ignite their Unity candle during the Ceremony. After the Ceremony, the new Bride and Groom enjoyed a homestyle reception with their family and friends. After the couple finished dining, we snuck away to a beautiful mountainside scenery to grab some intimate portraits of the newlyweds.
They concluded their night with a sparkler exit, a kiss, and many hugs from loved ones. I am blessed and thankful to have been able to be a part of their beautiful riverside Wedding.
